This past week, I donated NightLight: Relationship — a large-format (120-megapixel) photograph taken in Hong Kong for the NightLight series — to the WORKS San Jose Benefit Auction.

The print up for auction is a 28″ x 30″ mounted photograph which appeared last year in a show juried by Ada Takahashi (Robert Koch Gallery) at Arc Studios in San Francisco.

There are some 70+ works up for auction, so if you are in the market for beautiful local art and would like to help out a local gallery which has been a cornerstone of the San Jose art scene for many decades, I’d encourage you to get down to the gallery! Here are the details:

Preview Days: August 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18

Auction: Saturday, August 18, final preview opens 5pm, live auction at 7pm

Works Gallery is at 365 South Market Street in downtown San José
